Why Should You Envision Your Dream Adventurous Life?
So you have decided that you want to start living a more adventurous life? That is awesome and I am so excited for you to embark on this incredible journey. The first thing that you should do now is to envision what that life would like for you! Don’t worry I am going to walk you through the process I use and even offer my services to help with creating your vision board!
Let’s Do This!
Things You Will Need To Complete This Process:
Yourself with an open mind
A quiet place to sit
A notebook, pen or online document
Canva App
Step 1
Prepare To Envision Your Dream Life
Go sit down in that quiet place that you picked out for this envisioning session. Have your recording material of choice near by but you do not quite need it just yet. I want you to take in 5 deep breaths to calm your mind. Now I want you to close your eyes and envision your answers for the following 6 questions.

What Are You Doing?

Who Are You With?
Step 5

Where Are You?
Step 6

What Are You Doing Fun?

What Are You Doing For Self-Care?

Write Down What You Envisioned
Once you have envisioned all the answers to the previous questions, it is now time to write it all down. Write it down in whatever way is helpful to you, don’t worry about grammar or complete sentences. This is just to help you with the vision boarding process in the next step!
Step 9
Create A Vision Board
This is my favorite part of this process! Now you get to create a visual representation of what you envisioned your dream adventurous life to look like! I recommend creating this on Canva, you can create a free account and have access to so many different templates for vision boards! Don’t forget once you are finished with the design that you keep it somewhere you can see it every day. I recommend making a lock screen or wallpaper on your phone! Take as much time as you want with this step and most importantly have fun!
